Activities

Members of the Vietnamese American Advanced Practice Providers Association (VAAPPA) actively support the Vietnamese community by delivering culturally competent healthcare, offering language-accessible services, and participating in outreach programs that address preventive care, chronic disease management, and mental health needs.

VAAPPA aims to organize health fairs, vaccination drives, and education workshops in Vietnamese to increase health literacy and reduce barriers to care, while collaborating with local organizations and social services to connect patients with resources. Through mentorship, training, and advocacy, members also build the next generation of Vietnamese American providers and promote workforce diversity that directly benefit the Vietnamese community.
